Welcome to NATO School Members' Portal. This is the online collaborative environment for students, graduates, NATO School officers and NCOs, and all guest and supporting staff. ,

If you are not yet a member, and would like to join NATO School Members' Portal, please select "Create new account". on the left. This starts the 2 step registration process:

1. Fill in the online form and click on "Request new account" button at the bottom of the page. After you submitted this request, you will receive an email from this system, asking you to confirm your email address. Follow the directions in email received and you will finish step 1.
2. Later you will receive a second email which will contain your username and password. You will receive this email within 24 hours during business days or 48 hours if you request an account during weekends or holidays. The account requests are processed individually by the NATO School Portal Team.

If you already have a username and password, please insert them in the boxes to the left. Note that the password is case sensitive. Remember to press the "Log in" button once you have input your username and password.

Forget your password?

If you forget your password you can request a new one by clicking on "Request new password". Once you submit your username and/or email address you will automatically receive a temporary login from this system within few minutes.

If at any time you are having trouble, please send an email to the NATO School Members' Portal technical support staff by either clicking on the email link at the bottom of this page, or by cutting and pasting that email address into an email.

After Login

In the green box to the left labelled “My groups”, select the group that you would like to view. If you want to join other groups click on the Groups tab from the horizontal menu, Select a group from the list and subscribe.
